Dave brings an enormous amount of lacrosse knowledge and experience to the program. Growing up in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania he was a high school All-American attackman and inducted into his high school hall of fame in 2005. David played his college lacrosse at Ohio Wesleyan University where he was a 3-time first team All-American attackman and the 1997 Jack Turnbull award recipient for outstanding attackman in the nation. He was inducted into the Ohio Wesleyan hall of fame in 2009. David has coached all levels from youth, high school, Division 1 & 3 as well as internationally. David is a US Lacrosse level 3 certified coach and currently resides in Highlands Ranch, Colorado.

Ray Cross
Ray grew up in Wilton, Connecticut where he played for the legendary coach Guy Whitten throughout Elementary School and High School. Ray was a high school All-American selection and played on the only undefeated Wilton High School lacrosse team which finished #2 in the nation. Ray is a 1999 graduate of Notre Dame where he was a two year starter for the lacrosse team helping lead the nationally ranked Irish to three NCAA tournament births and three GWLL regular season championships. Since moving to Colorado in 2012, Ray has helped coach numerous youth teams and was an assistant coach at Colorado Academy High School. Ray currently resides in Castle Pines, Colorado
